Hello Runners , Sunday, December 27, 2009, was held in Monterotondo (my city) the last race of 2009. The
Natalina has never been a time where you can have 10,000, too many ups and frequent changes of direction, but as always is a appointment not to be missed, and because it is the only race where I can get out of bed at a decent time, and for the excellent organization by Atletico UISP Monterotondo (my former team).
Being as I said is the home race, the team I RUNNERS was presented to the full, and on this occasion we met our new team-mate Andrea Agostinelli (welcome among us), a new athlete that comes close to competition. The race
recorded the achievements of ABDELEKRIM KABBOURI on SAMIR JOUAHER and EL MOSTAFA RACHHI , and the women of Hanan Janat on ROBERTA Boggiatto and EWA WOJCIESZEK .
My hand was a good race, I close with the total time of 37 '39''.
Feeling good because my race pace has been steady at about 4:40 km with a dramatic slowdown on the climb of the Tour of Peppe (only for Monterotondesi ). Since heating
felt that I was OK, because I projected this race with confidence to a good 2010. Hello
