yesterday, it was held today at the Hippodrome Capannelle the first round of the Regional Master Cross Society.

The race in the men's distance of 6 km was hard fought, but eventually got the better Cacciamani Marco, born in 1961, of 'Villa Atl Guglielmi who won the race to cross the line in 19:35, second classified in only two seconds behind Gianluca Calfapietra dell'Atl. Acquacetosa Rome Rome, third place was the representative of ASD CUS Roma Atletica Nourredine Makhloufi in 19:50.

In the women's distance of 4 km, the victory went to Jocelyne Farruggia CUS Roma Atletica ASD, with a time of 15:30, runner Giacomozzi Paola Olimpia 2004 who earns second place with a time of 15:35, while third place goes Antoinette d'Orsi dell'Atl. Training that ends the race in 16:19.

As for my race, to make my disappointment in last week's cross along the Tor di Quinto I tried to do my best to close the 6 km in 21:17, in 13th place overall and 7th place category.

Friday 10.01.2010, at Tor di Quinto went on stage the first leg of the regional circuit FIDAL cross.
