Hello Runners ,
Sunday, December 27, 2009, was held in Monterotondo (my city) the last race of 2009. The
Natalina has never been a time where you can have 10,000, too many ups and frequent changes of direction, but as always is a appointment not to be missed, and because it is the only race where I can get out of bed at a decent time, and for the excellent organization by Atletico UISP Monterotondo (my former team).
Being as I said is the home race, the team I RUNNERS was presented to the full, and on this occasion we met our new team-mate Andrea Agostinelli (welcome among us), a new athlete that comes close to competition. The race
recorded the achievements of ABDELEKRIM KABBOURI on SAMIR JOUAHER and EL MOSTAFA RACHHI , and the women of Hanan Janat on ROBERTA Boggiatto and EWA WOJCIESZEK .
My hand was a good race, I close with the total time of 37 '39''.
Feeling good because my race pace has been steady at about 4:40 km with a dramatic slowdown on the climb of the Tour of Peppe (only for Monterotondesi ). Since heating
felt that I was OK, because I projected this race with confidence to a good 2010. Hello

2009 Run for the Green stage IV

Hello friends Runners,
Sunday, December 20, 2009, was held at the Natural Reserve Park dell'Aniene the fourth and final stage of this year's Run for Green 2009.
Despite the freezing cold, more than a thousand runners of all ages and all speeds attended the last stage of the 38th edition.
The race was held over two laps of 3 miles each, the men of Troy Daniel Ca.Ri.Ri. tris did, winning the third leg on three equity investments (the first was absent from the Villa Pamphili), taking home the trophy.
In the women's field (two laps to 2 km) victory has already been assigned to Elisa Palamara (Acsi Capitol Palatino) triumphed in the first two stages and the second in the third Madonnetta. Both were honored by the Sports Commission Vice-President of the Lazio Region and the President of Enzo Foschi Uisp Rome Andrea Novelli.
For my race I must say that my performance was not too bright, I felt such a cold and I could not express myself as I wanted.
