Nepi, January 25, 2009. The Sports Association Athletics Nepi, under the auspices of FIDAL, under the patronage of the Province of Viterbo, the Chamber of Commerce - Industry - Handicraft and Agriculture of the province of Viterbo and the towns of Nepi, Civita Castellana and Castel S. Elijah, and commercial support of NEPISPORT Event, is organizing the 30th edition of the Three Towns of Marathon, a race of national road race which will take place over a distance of 22.300 km in Nepi (VT) Sunday, January 25, 2009, meeting with the 07.30 am and departure at 09.30.
race hard but very nice and as my previous participation will never be addressed as a real race but a good workout.
This edition should I deal with about 7 km as long to warm up before the start and the race .... say about 30 km long.
The pace should be about 4:45 for at least the first 15 km, close the race progressed.
The team should be composed of: Sutera (me), Orlando, Simei and anyone who wants to keep us company.
