Marilyn Chambers Book 2

Rain Man

Monterotondo , 28.10.2008.

The Rainmaker ..... text taken from the film but this time they are two men in the rain (of course I'm Tom Cruise and Orlando Dustin Hoffman). At 17.45 arriving at the stadium Fausto Cecconi within the dressing room and I find Orlando to expect. Outside there is a storm wind and rain .... and as you know the track is an indoor stadium (the only athletics track is also used for swimming). Without much thought we decide to go to our training that undergoes some minor changes to avoid stopping for recoveries, so we decide to do an average of 7 km and at the end if the weather had been kind to us we would have done some 200/300. ...... let's start off ready for the heating part that given the weather conditions too strong, but we realize it immediately and decide to slow down and make things right. After 18 minutes we go into the locker room to tighten the laces of your shoes and go with the medium. As I said the track was completely flooded so almost all the work is done on the flanks. Here is the result of our wet work

average of 7 km: total time 27 '09 "(3'57" -3 '56 "-3 '52" -3 '52 "-3 '50" -3 '51 "-3 '51") 10 x 200: run between 40 "and 41" with an active recovery of 200 meters

We must consider that each spin is about 10 meters long, so whereas we did 17 laps in total ½ x 10 = 175 meters you have added more than 7 km we had to do is split the 7,175-meter time of 27'09 "makes a final average of 3'47" at km.

Great job ..... Thanks as always for your attention and the next
